1:1 SUPERVISION
Supervision is a space to reflect on, grow and evolve your professional practice as a Coach / Mentor / Supervisor.
Supervision is a regular check-in with yourself / your professional practice and an on-demand opportunity to resolves any issues you might be encountering as you are serving your clients / mentees / supervisees.

Supervision Sessions are all about supporting you in your personal and professional growth as a Coach / Mentor / Supervisor and helping you create your practice your way.
Supervision Sessions are one-on-one, confidential and individually tailored to your situation and to what you are ready to bring into each session.
In addition to expanding and evolving your professional practice, Supervision Sessions can be used to fulfill EMCC Supervision Requirements and/or ICF Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements.
EMCC
- EIA Practitioners: At least 1 hour of 1:1 supervision per quarter spread across the year.
- EIA Senior and Master Practitioners: At least 1 hour of 1:1 supervision for every 35 hours of coaching/mentoring/leadership using these skills
ICF
- You can count up to 10 hours of supervision toward Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements per each ICF credential renewal period.
Supervision Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are conducted in audio/video format via Zoom. Prices are in USD.

1 For ICF credential renewal, you can count up to 10 hours of supervision toward Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements.
2 You could count all 12 hours of supervision toward Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements if you split them across multiple ICF credential renewal periods. For example, if your ICF credential renewal date is YYYY-MM-DD, you could count up to 10 hours toward ICF credential renewal in year YYYY if you complete those before submitting your application for credential renewal and the rest of the hours toward ICF credential renewal in year YYYY+3 if you complete thoses after YYYY-MM-DD, your ICF credential renewal date.
