Supervision is a safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee's practice, development and well-being.

Supervision is a collaborative process where you engage in reflective dialogue with a trained supervisor to explore your practice, enhance your skills, and deepen your self-awareness.

Supervision Sessions are all about supporting you in your personal and professional growth as a Coach / Mentor / Leader and helping you create your practice your way.
Supervision Sessions are one-on-one, confidential and individually tailored to your situation and to what you are ready to bring into each session.
In addition to expanding and evolving your professional practice, Supervision Sessions can be used to fulfill EMCC Supervision Requirements.
- EIA Practitioners: At least 1 hour of 1:1 supervision per quarter spread across the year.
- EIA Senior and Master Practitioners: At least 1 hour of 1:1 supervision for every 35 hours of coaching/mentoring/leadership using these skills
Supervision Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are conducted in audio/video format via Zoom. Prices are in USD.
